Hammer-on (h) and pull-off (p)

An h between two numbers (e.g. 5h7) means hammer-on: the first note is struck, the second only "hammered on" with a hard fingertip, no new pick. A p (e.g. 7p5) is the reverse pull-off: the finger pulls off the higher number, the lower note sounds. Both bind notes smoothly instead of picking each one.
