Pauses are part of practicing
"Pushing through" fatigue or pain isn't discipline but the road to practiced-in mistakes and irritated tendons. When the hand or forearm tires, set down briefly — the pause belongs to practicing, not against it. This fits the learning science from Part 2: short sessions with pauses do more anyway than an exhausting marathon. A tired, tense arm learns nothing clean.
