Whammy / vibrato bar (w/bar)

w/bar, a downward arrow or a "dip" sign means vibrato bar (tremolo arm): the bar at the bridge lowers or raises the pitch. A dive pulls the note down low, a scoop dips and comes back up. Only playable on guitars with a bar, but often notated in tabs.
